Does ENKI assign designated SME (Subject Matter Expert) teams to each of your customers?
I have two possible interpretations to your question: a) Will you always be dealing with the same people, so that you can be sure context is maintained? Generally, yes. We try to give each of our customers a designated person or persons supporting them. We're a small company, so we don't have difficulty with a large pool of staff rotating through each customer!
b) Will the staff supporting you be dedicated solely to you? Not unless your continuous workload demands it and you purchase our enterprise-grade "Platinum" PrimaCare services. In addition, if you require a large variety of SMEs, we will draw on a pool of partners as necessary to meet your needs. Our customers are generally startup companies and growing businesses that would be horrified with the prospect of paying for dedicated staff: they want the efficiencies that ENKI's shared support staff and low-administration AppLogic or VMWare hosting delivers. However, if you need dedicated staff, we can accommodate you.
